0.11 release date
Hi! Long time no see. Nerus 0.11 is finally coming out this Friday 28th.
First of all, there were small changes to my plan for CH2. Do you remember that there are three paths after the Family Vacation section in 0.10? While writing 0.11, I decided to fuse Alessia and Bitey's paths. This is because I couldn't think of a way to write around overlapping events without making one or the other path awkward, or without having redundant scenes. In retrospect, this was a glaring planning issue and I'm embarrassed I didn't notice it earlier.
And speaking about plans: until recently, I was planning to go back to doing bi-monthly updates for Nerus. But around a month ago, something happened. It's nothing bad; in fact, it's very good. There will be news about it soon. But as for this project, this means putting writing on hold for a while longer.
But that doesn't mean there won't be updates altogether. There's still a lot of work to do: most of the game lacks CGs, sprites after the Prologue need expressions, and the main characters need more poses. There are also improvements to the UI that I meant to implement last year. I want to commission all this during this period and release a couple of polishing updates.
That will be all for now. See you in a week!

I miss this game, it's truly one of the most beautiful stories I've read. It is kind of saddening to hear that the continued writing will take more time, but I hope the best for the writer, and I can't wait to play the next version and see where the story went.
Guess it's the perfect time to reread Nerus!
